Building care across Metro Vancouver

From downtown towers to Tri-Cities townhouse complexes, we clean and maintain commercial and strata buildings in every part of the region — with written scopes, consistent crews and photo-documented reporting.

Metro Vancouver

Working across Metro Vancouver

Metro Vancouver is a partnership of 21 municipalities, one electoral area and one treaty First Nation, and its buildings are just as varied: downtown office towers, suburban business parks, 1970s walk-ups, new town-centre high-rises and hundreds of townhouse complexes. A cleaning plan that works for an office in Vancouver rarely fits a townhouse complex in Maple Ridge without changes.

Across the region, the same few things drive most of the work: rain and grit tracked into lobbies from fall to spring, moss and algae on walkways and plazas, busy parkades and garbage rooms in growing strata towers, and property managers who need proof that scheduled work actually happened. Our scopes are written around those realities.

We organize Metro Vancouver by area — Vancouver, the North Shore, Burnaby and New Westminster, the Tri-Cities, Ridge Meadows and South of the Fraser — so crews stay close to the buildings they look after. Choose your city below for local details, or see the Fraser Valley if your building is east of Langley.

Burnaby and New Westminster

Burnaby

Burnaby's four town centres — Metrotown, Brentwood, Lougheed and Edmonds — have filled with high-rise strata towers and mixed-use podiums, while its office parks and industrial areas keep a steady need for commercial cleaning.

South of Fraser

Surrey

Surrey is British Columbia's second-largest city and still one of its fastest-growing, with high-rise towers in City Centre, townhouse communities in Clayton, Grandview Heights and Newton, and industrial parks in Campbell Heights and along the Fraser.

FAQ

Metro Vancouver questions

Which Metro Vancouver cities do you serve?

Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Surrey, Delta, Langley and White Rock — plus Anmore, Belcarra, Lions Bay, Bowen Island and the UBC area on request.

Can one contract cover buildings in several cities?

Yes. Property managers with buildings across the region can put them under one agreement, with a single point of contact, the same checklist standards at every site and consolidated invoicing.

Do rain and moss really change a cleaning schedule?

Yes. From fall through spring, entrances, lobby floors and elevators need more frequent care to deal with water and grit, and exterior walkways and plazas grow moss and algae that make them slippery. Most buildings add pressure washing before and after the wet season — our strata maintenance schedule lays out a seasonal plan.
