One accountable team for the buildings you manage
Property managers and strata councils rarely struggle to finda cleaner or a handyman. The trouble is everything after the contract is signed: visits that don’t happen, scopes nobody can point to, invoices that don’t match the work, and calls that go unanswered.
YVR Building Care is set up to be the opposite. Every building gets a written scope with clear frequencies, a fixed price, a consistent crew and photo-documented reporting — whether it’s a downtown office, a Burnaby tower or a townhouse complex in Chilliwack.
We focus on the work that keeps buildings running between major projects: commercial cleaning, strata cleaning and maintenance, pressure washing, parkade cleaning, post-construction cleaning and handyman repairs. When a job needs a licensed trade or a qualified professional, we say so.

Show up, every time
Missed visits are the most common complaint about building service providers. Scheduling, checklists and visit reports are designed so the work happens when it's supposed to — and you can see that it did.

Price it plainly
A fixed price for a written scope. If something changes mid-job, we stop and confirm before the invoice changes — no vague “materials as needed” lines.

Treat buildings like our own
Clean equipment, respectful crews and attention to the details residents and tenants notice. If we wouldn't be happy with the result in our own building, it isn't finished.

Written scope first
Every program and one-off job starts with an itemized scope, so you know exactly what's included before work begins.
Fixed prices
Quotes are a fixed monthly, per-visit or per-job price — not an open-ended hourly estimate.
Consistent crews
The same people look after your building, so they learn its layout, access rules and quirks.
Photo reports
Condition reports with photos show what was done and flag problems before they become repairs.
Two core regions
Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley are both core service areas, with visits planned by route.
Registered and insured
WorkSafeBC registered, bonded and carrying $5M in general liability insurance.
