Yes. Most of our long-term clients bundle two or three service lines under a single monthly agreement. One contract, one invoice, one point of contact.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes. BC-licensed, bonded, WorkSafeBC registered, and carrying $5M general liability coverage. Certificates are available before we start.

How long does it take to get a quote?

Most quotes go out within one to two business days of a walkthrough. For small one-off handyman jobs we can often quote from photos within a few hours.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No. Recurring commercial and strata contracts are month-to-month with a 30-day out. Locked-rate annual agreements are available if preferred.
