Post-Construction & Renovation Cleaning
Construction leaves dust where regular cleaning never reaches: inside cabinets and window tracks, on top of door frames, in vent grilles and light fixtures. A proper post-construction clean is methodical and staged, so finishing trades aren't re-dusting areas that are already done.
We work with general contractors, developers, property managers and business owners on new builds, strata renovations, suite turnovers and tenant-improvement projects, with cleans scheduled to your construction timeline — including touch-ups before walkthroughs and deficiency inspections.

Post-Construction Cleaning questions
What's the difference between a rough clean and a final clean?
A rough clean removes debris and bulk dust while trades are still finishing. The final clean is the detailed pass — cabinets, fixtures, glass and floors — once construction is complete. A touch-up before inspection catches anything trades leave behind.
Do you remove construction waste?
We remove light debris and packaging as part of the clean. Bulk construction waste and bins should be handled by your waste hauler or the general contractor.
Can you work on an active construction site?
Yes. Crews follow the site's safety and orientation requirements and coordinate with the superintendent so cleaning happens in the right order.
Do you clean after renovations in occupied buildings?
Yes. Suite and common-area renovations in occupied strata and commercial buildings are cleaned with extra care to contain dust and protect finished areas nearby.
