Service area

Building care across the Fraser Valley

Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Mission buildings get the same written scopes, trained crews and photo-documented reporting as our Metro Vancouver sites — planned by route so visits stay on schedule.

Fraser Valley

Working across the Fraser Valley

The Fraser Valley Regional District covers six municipalities — Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission, Hope, Kent and Harrison Hot Springs — along with eight electoral areas. Langley and Maple Ridge sit at the valley's western edge inside Metro Vancouver, and many businesses and property managers operate across both regions.

Valley buildings face conditions you don't see downtown. Winters are colder, with more snow, ice and strong outflow winds; summers are hotter and drier, bringing dust, pollen and, in some years, wildfire smoke. Agricultural and industrial activity adds grit to entrances and parking lots, and much of the newer strata housing is townhouse complexes with long walkways and surface parking.

Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Mission are core service areas, not add-ons to Vancouver routes. Visits are planned by route, which keeps schedules predictable for buildings farther from the city.

FAQ

Fraser Valley questions

Is the Fraser Valley a core service area or an add-on?

It's a core service area. Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Mission each have their own pages, and commercial cleaning, strata cleaning, pressure washing, parkade cleaning, post-construction cleaning and building repairs are all available across the valley.

Which Fraser Valley communities do you serve?

Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Mission, plus Hope, Agassiz, Harrison Hot Springs and Cultus Lake on request. Langley and Maple Ridge are covered as part of Metro Vancouver.

How should a Fraser Valley maintenance plan change for winter?

Plan for freeze–thaw and wind: clear gutters and drains in the fall, check walkway and parkade-ramp surfaces before cold snaps, and step up entrance and floor care once gravel and de-icer start coming indoors. Summer plans should add dust control — more frequent glass, ledge and vent-grille cleaning — during dry spells and smoky periods.
